    Pandan Rum pairs well with citrus, coffee

    Pandan Paradise Rum Shake

    Ingredients:

    1 cup vanilla ice cream

    1/4 cup milk

    2 ounces Pandan Rum

    Caramel sauce, for swirling

    Whipped cream, for topping

    Crushed graham crackers, for garnish

     

    Instructions:

    Blend until smooth and creamy.

    Drizzle caramel sauce inside the serving glass, swirling it around the sides.

    Pour the pandan rumshake into the prepared glass.

    Top with whipped cream.

    Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the whipped cream.

    Serve immediately.

    Pandan Lemonade Cocktail

    Ingredients:

    1.5oz Pandan Rum
    4 oz fresh lemonade
    1/2 oz simple syrup (adjust to taste)
    Ice cubes

    Lemon slices or pandan leaves for garnish (optional)

    Instructions:

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

    Pour 1.5 oz of pandan rum into the shaker.

    Add 4 oz of fresh lemonade to the shaker.

    Pour in 1/2 oz of simple syrup for a touch of sweetness (adjust according to your preference).

    Shake the mixture well for about 15-20 seconds to chill the drink.

    Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass filled with ice cubes.

    Pandan Breeze Spritzer

    Ingredients:
    2 oz Pandan Rum
    1 oz fresh lime juice
    1/2 oz simple syrup
    Club soda
    Mint leaves for garnish

    Instructions:

    In a shaker, combine Pandan Rum, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup with ice.

    Shake well and strain into a glass filled with ice.

    Top with club soda for a refreshing spritz.

    Garnish with fresh mint leaves.

    Stir gently and enjoy your Pandan Breeze Spritzer!

    Pandan Cold Brewed Coffee

    Ingredients:

    1 Liter Pure Coconut Water ( no added sugar)
    1/4 Cup ground coffee

    1/4 cup coconut milk

    1.5 oz Pandan Rum

     

    Instructions:

    Pour the coconut water into a pitcher and drop in the ground coffee, mix well until you see the coconut water turn brown. Place in the fridge overnight to steep.

     

    To serve put ice in 4 glasses and strain over the cold brew coffee. Top with the coconut milk and Pandan Rum.
